Bryophi was born from a shared reflection after several years spent travelling, guiding and working on the ground in Quebec. Throughout our experiences, a common observation emerged: many trips were too fast-paced, leaving little room for understanding the places and authentic encounters with those who live there.
We then envisioned Bryophi as a counter-cultural project, built slowly, from discussions, field trials, and a shared desire to offer an alternative. A company that prioritizes taking the time, observation, knowledge sharing, and a real presence in the regions, born from a genuine need to travel differently.

Community impact
Bryophi's approach is based on close collaboration with local communities in the areas visited. Bryophi prioritizes the engagement of local guides, tour leaders, and service providers, and favors the use of accommodations, catering services, and activities operated by independent local businesses.
Sustainable approach
The routes incorporate visits to and contributions to biodiversity conservation projects, as well as showcasing artisans, producers, and cultural initiatives specific to the regions traversed. This approach aims to generate positive and tangible economic benefits for host communities, support the vitality of the territories, and promote responsible and balanced tourism.
Furthermore, Bryophi is committed to offsetting the carbon emissions generated by vehicle travel related to its activities, with a view to reducing its overall environmental footprint.
